This privacy policy applies to the Cookie Void app for Android and iOS, developed by Zachary Foerst. Cookie Void is an offline idle clicker. It has no accounts and no sign-in, and I do not run any servers that receive your data.
Your game progress, settings, and in-app purchase status (cookies, upgrades, prestige level, achievements, daily bonus streak, and boost status) are saved only on your device. I do not receive this data.
On Android, your save may be included in your device's Google backup (Android Auto Backup) so it can move to a new phone. Google manages that backup under its own privacy policy. You can delete your data at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
The following services are built into the app and may collect data under their own policies:
The app shows banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share with Google and its advertising partners:
• Your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers
• Your approximate location, derived from your IP address
• How you interact with ads, and diagnostic data such as crash logs and performance information
Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), the app asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, using Google's consent tool. On Android you can change that choice under Settings → Privacy settings in the app. On iOS, the app also asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, non-personalized ads are shown instead. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play on Android and by Apple on iOS. I never receive, store, or have access to your payment details. The store tells the app only which items you own.
On iOS, the leaderboard uses Apple Game Center. Your Game Center display name and score are submitted to the global leaderboard. This data is governed by Apple's privacy policy. The Android version has no leaderboard.
If you allow it, the app schedules local notifications on your device, for example when your offline earnings are ready. These notifications are not sent from a server and do not use your data.
Reset All Progress, in Settings, deletes the on-device save: cookies, upgrades, prestige level, prestige tokens, prestige-shop unlocks, achievements, and the daily streak. Remove Ads, Extended Offline, and Production Bonus stay. Cookie packs and token packs that were already delivered are part of that progress and are cleared. Resetting does not refund a purchase.
Data sent by the ads SDK is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Cookie Void is not directed at children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact me and I will help remove it.
